Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, ham, and shredded cheddar cheese.
In another bowl, mix milk, salt, pepper, and melted butter. Pour over the potato mixture and stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
Notes
For a crispier topping, you can add breadcrumbs to the top of the casserole before baking.
