Cheesy Garlic Tater Tot Casserole

A delicious and easy-to-make casserole loaded with cheesy goodness and crispy tater tots.

  • 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10.5 oz can of condensed cream of mushroom soup

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with minced garlic until the beef is browned.
  • Spread the cooked beef evenly in a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  • Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the beef.
  • Spread the shredded cheese over the soup layer.
  • Top with frozen tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the tots are golden brown and crispy.

Notes

For an extra kick, consider adding a sprinkle of red pepper flakes before serving.
