Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add olive oil, flour, and salt. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and roll it out to a 12x18 inch rectangle.
Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with minced garlic and Parmesan cheese.
Cut the dough into 12 strips. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
