shredded cheddar cheese
sharp or mild, as preferred

diced tomatoes

Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Add diced tomatoes to the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Stir the cooked gnocchi into the beef and tomato mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and cover to melt the cheese.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a dash of hot sauce or sprinkle with sliced jalapeños before serving.
