Brown and crumble the ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
Stir in queso dip and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and broil until the cheese is bubbly and melted, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove from oven. Top with shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and diced tomatoes. Drizzle ketchup and yellow mustard over the top. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
