Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
Add cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced pickles to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
Serve chilled with crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add a dash of hot sauce or chopped jalapeños to the dip before chilling. This dip can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
