cheeseburger dip

This creamy and cheesy cheeseburger dip is perfect for parties or a game day snack. Loaded with ground beef, cheddar cheese, and tangy pickles, it brings all the flavors of a cheeseburger in a delicious dip.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup diced pickles
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Add cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced pickles to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
  • Serve chilled with crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add a dash of hot sauce or chopped jalapeños to the dip before chilling. This dip can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
