Preparation Steps
Combine apples, sugar, corn syrup, water, and lemon juice in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the jam has thickened.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
