Caramel Apple Jam Recipe

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup light corn syrup
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation Steps

  • Combine apples, sugar, corn syrup, water, and lemon juice in a large saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the jam has thickened.
  • Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Pour into sterilized jars and seal.

Notes

This jam is best enjoyed within 2 weeks of making. Store in the refrigerator.
