Cantaloupe Smoothie

A refreshing and hydrating cantaloupe smoothie perfect for hot summer days. Packed with natural sweetness, vitamins, and creaminess from banana and yogurt.

  • 2 cups cantaloupe peeled, diced, and chilled
  • 1 medium banana frozen for creaminess
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, adjust to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation Steps

  • Add the diced cantaloupe, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Add ice cubes and pulse until crushed and well incorporated.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed with more honey. Blend briefly to mix.
  • Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute honey with maple syrup and use dairy-free yogurt. For extra nutrition, add a handful of spinach—it won’t affect the flavor!
