Cantaloupe Smoothie

A refreshing and healthy cantaloupe smoothie perfect for breakfast or a snack.

  • 4 cups Cantaloupe cubed and frozen
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 0.5 cup Orange Juice or milk
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup, optional
  • 0.25 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preparation Steps

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen cantaloupe or a few ice cubes. For a thinner smoothie, add more liquid.
