Easy and delicious chocolate chip cookies made with a cake mix for a soft and chewy texture.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. The centers may look slightly underbaked.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
These cookies stay soft and chewy for several days when stored in an airtight container.
