bruschetta dip

A delicious and easy bruschetta dip perfect for parties and gatherings. Features fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil, and a hint of balsamic.

  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 0.125 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped fresh basil, and balsamic glaze.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Gently fold the tomato mixture into the cheese mixture. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the bruschetta dip to an oven-safe dish. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Serve warm with your favorite crackers, baguette slices, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the tomato mixture. You can also add a tablespoon of chopped red onion for more flavor.
