Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Evenly distribute the tomato mixture over the chicken breasts.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
