  • 4 pieces chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Evenly distribute the tomato mixture over the chicken breasts.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle with additional balsamic vinegar before serving.
