Delicious breakfast sliders that are easy to make and perfect for a morning treat or brunch with family and friends.

  • 8 oz breakfast sausage preferably spicy
  • 4 eggs large size
  • 4 slider buns
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp butter unsalted

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cook in a skillet until scrambled.
  • Assemble the sliders by layering scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheese on each slider bun.
  • Place sliders in a baking dish, brush with melted butter, and bake for 10 minutes.

Notes

These sliders can be customized by adding additional toppings like avocado or salsa.
