Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Spread sausage in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk, then pour over the sausage.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
