This delicious breakfast casserole is perfect for weekend mornings.

  • 6 oz sausage crumbled
  • 4 cups hash browns frozen
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 8 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk whole

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook sausage in a pan over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Spread hash browns in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Layer cooked sausage over the hash browns.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • In a bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Pour over the casserole.
  • Bake for 45 minutes until eggs are set.

Notes

Serve warm with a side of toast.
