Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cook sausage in a pan over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Spread hash browns in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Layer cooked sausage over the hash browns.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
In a bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Pour over the casserole.
Bake for 45 minutes until eggs are set.

Serve warm with a side of toast.
