A creamy, savory dip inspired by the classic BLT sandwich, featuring bacon, lettuce, and tomato flavors blended into a rich, crowd-pleasing appetizer.

  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes, drained

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • chopped fresh parsley for garnish optional

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon until crisp, then drain on paper towels and crumble.
  • In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
  • Stir in crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, green onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Mix well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired before serving.
  • Serve chilled with toasted bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
