A quick and easy black pepper chicken stir-fry recipe. Tender chicken is tossed in a flavorful black pepper sauce and served with your favorite vegetables.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine the chicken with 1 tbsp of black pepper, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
Add the broccoli and bell pepper to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender-crisp.
In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining soy sauce and black pepper. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir-fry for another minute until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Notes
For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
