  • 1.75 cups All-Purpose Flour spooned and leveled
  • 0.75 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs large
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Bananas mashed, ripe
  • 0.5 cup Nutella

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add the mashed bananas and Nutella, and mix well.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Fill each muffin liner about 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
