Preparation Steps
Season the beef slices with salt and pepper.
Dredge each beef slice in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the beef slices until golden brown on each side.
Transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
