Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the pasta shells, beef broth, and oregano to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked through.
Stir in the heavy cream and heat through. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use a combination of ground beef and ground chuck. You can also add other vegetables, such as diced onions or mushrooms.
