Basic Quiche Recipe

A simple and delicious quiche recipe perfect for brunch or a light dinner.

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crust

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour egg mixture into the pie crust.
  • Sprinkle cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
