These baked meatballs are juicy, flavorful, and easy to make! Perfect for pasta, sandwiches, or as an appetizer.

  • 1 lb Ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs Plain
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.125 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 Egg Large

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through and browned.
