Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, paprika, and garlic powder.
In another bowl, beat the egg.
Dip each chicken piece in the flour mixture, then the egg, and finally the breadcrumbs.
Place chicken nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
