  • 4 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 lemon lemon, sliced optional

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
  • Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil, then coat evenly with the spice mixture.
  • Place the chicken thighs skin-side up in a baking dish. Add lemon slices around the chicken if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden and crispy.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
