Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil, then coat evenly with the spice mixture.
Place the chicken thighs skin-side up in a baking dish. Add lemon slices around the chicken if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden and crispy.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
