Combine the frozen pineapple chunks, frozen mango chunks, orange juice, coconut milk, and lime juice in a blender.
If a thicker smoothie is desired, add a few ice cubes to the blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more orange juice or coconut milk until the desired consistency is reached.
