Apple Pie Fudge

A delicious and easy no-bake apple pie fudge recipe that tastes just like apple pie!

  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 3.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 ounce
  • 1 tablespoon apple pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans optional

Preparation Steps

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the granulated sugar and sweetened condensed milk to the saucepan. Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
  • Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the apple pie spice and vanilla extract.
  • If using, stir in the chopped pecans.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Let cool completely at room temperature, then cut into squares.

Notes

Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
