Apple Cider Martini

This Apple Cider Martini recipe is a delicious and easy cocktail perfect for fall, featuring a blend of apple cider, Crown Royal Apple, maple syrup, and Cointreau. It's a perfect balance of sweet and tangy with subtle spice notes.

Rim

  • 0.125 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.125 teaspoon sugar

Martini

  • 2 ounces apple cider preferably pasteurized
  • 2 ounces Crown Royal Apple
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 ounce Cointreau

Garnish

  • apple slices

Preparation Steps

  • Combine cinnamon and sugar, then evenly spread onto a plate.
  • Rub a wedge of apple or a bit of maple syrup around the rim of a martini glass. Dip and twist the rim of the glass in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Pour in the apple cider, Crown Royal Apple, maple syrup, and Cointreau into the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  • Garnish with an apple slice and serve immediately.

Notes

This apple cider cocktail is best enjoyed fresh. For best results, use a good quality apple cider. You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
