  • 2 lb Ground Beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper To taste

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion soup mix, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 6 patties.
  • Place the patties in a baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Pour over the hamburger patties.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve hot with mashed potatoes or a side salad.
