Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion soup mix, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 6 patties.
Place the patties in a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Pour over the hamburger patties.
Bake for 30 minutes, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Serve hot with mashed potatoes or a side salad.
