Preparation Steps
Boil the potatoes until fork-tender, about 10-15 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place the boiled potatoes on a baking sheet and gently smash with the back of a fork.
Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden.
