This delicious and easy-to-make air fryer meatloaf recipe is perfect for a quick family dinner.

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef choose 80% lean for juicier meatloaf
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs plain or seasoned
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cup ketchup plus extra for topping
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook in the air fryer at 370°F (188°C) for 45 minutes. Halfway through cooking, spread extra ketchup on top of the meatloaf for a glaze.
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Ensure the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 160°F (71°C) for safe consumption.
