Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
Cook in the air fryer at 370°F (188°C) for 45 minutes. Halfway through cooking, spread extra ketchup on top of the meatloaf for a glaze.
Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Ensure the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 160°F (71°C) for safe consumption.
