Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
  • Add oil and warm milk to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle approximately 12x18 inches.
  • Spread the melted butter over the dough. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Starting from one of the long edges, tightly roll the dough into a log.
  • Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices and place them in the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • While the cinnamon rolls are baking, prepare the frosting. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar, alternating with the milk, until the frosting is smooth and creamy. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Once the cinnamon rolls are out of the oven, let them cool slightly before frosting.
  • Spread the frosting evenly over the warm cinnamon rolls. Serve immediately and enjoy!
