Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
Add oil and warm milk to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle approximately 12x18 inches.
Spread the melted butter over the dough. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Starting from one of the long edges, tightly roll the dough into a log.
Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices and place them in the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
While the cinnamon rolls are baking, prepare the frosting. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, alternating with the milk, until the frosting is smooth and creamy. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Once the cinnamon rolls are out of the oven, let them cool slightly before frosting.
Spread the frosting evenly over the warm cinnamon rolls. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use a high-quality gluten-free all-purpose flour blend. Store leftover cinnamon rolls in an airtight container at room temperature.
