Peanut Dressing

  • 0.5 cup Peanut butter Creamy
  • 0.25 cup Soy sauce Low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ginger Grated
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let cool slightly, then shred or dice.
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, carrots, red cabbage, bell pepper, and cilantro.
