In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water according to the packet instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, taco meat, salsa, black beans, and corn. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
