In a large bowl, combine chopped salmon, panko, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well and form into 4 patties.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Grill salmon burgers for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
While burgers are grilling, prepare avocado salsa by combining diced avocados, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Gently toss to combine.
Serve salmon burgers on buns topped with avocado salsa.
